Wests Illawarra is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable part-time Customer Service Team Members to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with enquiries, processing sales through our POS system, performing gaming machine payouts, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and promoting a protected workplace by identifying potential hazards.

Applicants with previous gaming floor experience will be highly regarded, as this experience is preferred for the position.

We’re looking for:

- Current RSA and RCG competency card
- Current Advanced RCG (desirable)
- Experience in front of house, bar, and gaming operations
- Fantastic customer service skills
- TAB and Keno experience (desirable)
- Barista experience (desirable)
