The Company: Is Australia’s leading provider of specialised technical building services for complex, mission-critical facilities. Based in office at a critical data centre, you will join a small team responsible for daily operations.
The position requirements include but are not limited to:
- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure correct operation, calibration, and reliability.
- Perform regular maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and backup service systems.
- Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors while completing required reports and documentation.
- Participate in flexible rostering arrangements, including shift work as required.
To be considered for this role you should ideally possess:
- Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines, with hands-on experience in complex systems and infrastructure.
- Exposure to critical environments such as military, mining, or petrochemical sites, including work with mission-critical operations.
- Experience with critical power and infrastructure equipment including generators, UPS systems, cooling towers, and associated building services.
- Process-oriented mindset with a solid all-round understanding of building services and operational procedures.
- Strong communication skills combined with a flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
On Offer:Rotating day / night shift roster ( 2x 12 hour days followed by 2x 12 hour nights then 4 days off ) Competitive salary up to $165K depending on experience + Super
