The Role

We are seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service officer on a permanent basis to join the Victorian team, based in Altona.

- Provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams including our vast customer base!

- Data entry and manual processing of documentation

- Con note creation and adjustment

- Label creation when required

- Customer Service interaction via phone and email

What we need from you:

- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the logistics, freight, or delivery services industries, desired but not essential

- Excellent planning and communication skills

- Ability to organise workload in a busy workplace while coordinating multiple timelines and priorities consistently





- Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service

- Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude
