Disability Support Worker | Consistent shifts in our day program | Dural

At No Limit Support (NLS), we believe great disability support is built on genuine relationships, helping people build independence and creating meaningful experiences. We’re looking for compassionate and energetic support workers who value consistency in their work schedule. Many of our current opportunities involve longer shifts (typically 6+ hours).

This role is ideal for:

- New or experienced support workers
- Nursing, allied health and social work students
- People wanting to grow their career in the disability support sector
- Individuals looking for consistent hours each week

Where You’ll Work Day Program based in Dural

- Weekday shifts from 9am-3pm, can also include pickup and drop-offs

- Shift times include

- Weekend shifts also available
- Working with a range of support needs, including behavioural support

About the Role Roles are available across Sydney, particularly in the Hornsby area and surrounding suburbs (Dural, Turramurra, Mt Colah and Pymble).

We support participants across In-Home & Community Supports and our Day Program. We offer flexible schedule and a range of shifts across our services.

We’re hiring for two types of roles:

- Casual support work – picking up a range of shifts across the week
- Consistent weekly work – including structured weekday roles (e.g. Day Program)

We offer flexibility, but we’re looking for people who are reliable and want to be part of a consistent team.

Requirements

- Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
