The role

This is an chance to run your own business within a global powerhouse. You will take on a 360-degree sales-focused recruitment consultant role focused on permanent and contract placements in the defence sector, specializing in technical roles including engineering, project management, logistics, and ICT. While you'll inherit a lucrative pipeline, your success will be defined by your hunger to hunt new business and capture market share.

Key responsibilities

- Pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Leverage existing connections to cross-sell and up-sell Randstad's full suite of capabilities for critical defence programs
- Consult with and expand relationships within Defence clients
- Play a crucial sales role to complement the existing team's strong delivery expertise

About you

- Experience in permanent recruitment with a strong interest in technical roles such as engineering and project management
- Prior experience recruiting for defence roles or intimate knowledge of the defence sector and associated job titles
- A strong, confident, and competent sales personality capable of both account management and active client acquisition
- Account Managers with defence experience willing to take on a strong sales component, or Veterans (Army, Navy, Air Force)
