About the role

We are seeking several reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in Broome. In this role, you will be responsible for the pick-up, delivery and drop-off of commercial laundry to hotels and other clients across Broome. You will plan efficient delivery routes, safely load and unload laundry items, check delivery documentation and ensure customer orders are handled carefully and delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

- Pick up, deliver and drop off commercial laundry, including linen and other laundry items, to hotels and clients across Broome.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure scheduled collections and deliveries are completed on time.
- Safely manoeuvre company vehicles into suitable positions for loading and unloading at customer and business locations.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and ensure laundry items are correctly arranged and secured to prevent loss or damage during transport.
- Check orders against delivery documentation to ensure the correct items and quantities are loaded and delivered.
- Unload items at the correct delivery location, verify delivery details and obtain confirmation of delivery where required.
- Handle clean and used laundry items appropriately during collection, transport and delivery in accordance with hygiene procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and promptly report any delivery issues,



discrepancies or customer concerns.
- Carry out basic pre-start vehicle checks and report any vehicle faults, damage or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised vehicle and follow road safety, WHS, manual-handling and company procedures at all times.

About you

- At least 1 year of relevant delivery driving, courier or similar experience.
- A current and valid Australian driver's licence suitable for the vehicles used in the role.
- A protected and responsible approach to driving.
- Good knowledge of Broome and surrounding areas, or the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail when checking orders and delivery documentation.
- Ability to safely undertake manual handling, including loading and unloading laundry items.
- A reliable, punctual and customer-focused approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
