About The Role
n
We are building a team of qualified care workers to support our clients through the week. You'll support them to live independently and safely in their own home and community. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing),
social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
n
- Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
n
- Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
n
- Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.
n
n
Work Locations - Adelaide's Western Suburbs, including Henley Beach, Grange, Seaton, Findon, Fulham, West Lakes, Woodville, Torrensville, Plympton and surrounding suburbs
n
Shift details - Mon-Fri (8am - 4pm)
n
Open to discuss about the contract type - permanent or casual!!

About You
n
You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.
n
You'll also bring:
n
n
- Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- WWCC
n
- Manual handling certificate
n
- Infection Control
n
- Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
- First Aid & CPR certificates
n
n
