An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to join AutoPlus and take a leading role in one of our contemporary, state-of-the-art Automotive Service Centres.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused leader who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills and thrives in a rapid-paced environment.

n

As the face of the business, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience while leading and supporting a team of enthusiastic and capable automotive technicians.

n

This could also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking to move off the tools and take the next step into management.

n

Your role will include:

n

- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
n
- Discussing vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements with customers
n
- Communicating effectively with technicians regarding required and additional repairs
n
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the store
n
- Leading, supporting and motivating the workshop team
n
- Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the repair process
n
- Managing payments and completing sales transactions
n
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and professionalism
n
