About the role

We have a position for Dental Assistants in a newly opened dental clinic located in Mortdale, in South Sydney. Our practice is devoted to offering high-quality, premium dental services that emphasises the artistry of smile design and rejuvenation within a tranquil and contemporary designed environment. Combining contemporary dental practices, leading technology and family-friendly care, we are on the search for practitioners who aim to provide exceptional patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will have an attitude for continued clinical and professional growth to better deliver increased patient experiences and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Meeting and greeting and building rapport with clients




- High competency chair side nursing and supporting clinical staff in a way that allows them to provide the best possible clinical outcomes for their patient
- Maintaining, executing, and monitoring infection control standards and procedures
- Developing skills in all aspects of dentistry including root canal therapy, surgery and orthodontics

About you

- Positive and caring attitude
- Great computer literacy
- Great organisational skills
- High standards of infection control with adequate training completed
- Exceptional communication in person, on the phone and via email
- Dental assisting skills with an eye for detail and proactive work ethic
- Experience with dental management software
- Certificate III in dental assisting – if not willing to undergo the training program
