Our Opportunity An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Merrylands centre on a casual basis, with the flexibility to support neighbouring Western Sydney centres too.
Our contemporary 3-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll join caring, community-minded teams focused on delivering outstanding patient experiences.
- Availability for a Thursday late close (7:15pm) is essential, with a minimum of 3 weekdays' availability overall
- Weekend availability is essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
- Centrally located in Stockland Merrylands, with capped paid staff parking, public transport access and everyday shops close by
- Flexible to support additional shifts at neighbouring centres
- Backed by supportive Centre Leaders and growing patient bases

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll also bring:
- Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception
- Prior experience with implants, GA and complex surgical work
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
