As we look to the future, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Principal to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next chapter of our school's story.

About the RoleThis is a Permanent Full-Time Leadership Position. The Deputy Principal, reports directly to the Principal and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing high-level leadership across ELC-Year 6.

This is a rare chance for an experienced educational leader to make a genuine and lasting contribution to the pastoral care, teaching and learning, staff and student wellbeing and day-to-day operations of one of the leading primary schools in South Australia.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team you will:

- Build strong, respectful relationships with staff, students, parents/caregivers and the wider community.
- Lead whole-school wellbeing, behaviour management and child protection frameworks.
- Develop, coordinate and monitor curriculum and pedagogy across all learning areas.
- Work closely with the Principal and Heads of School to collaborate and ensure excellence in primary education for our students.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing development of the School.
- Participate in budget preparation, staff recruitment and School Council reporting.
- Deputise for the Principal and provide leadership across the School when required.
- Contribute to the Christian life and Anglican ethos of St Peter’s Woodlands.





About You You are an experienced school leader who is positive, approachable and deeply committed to the wellbeing and development of young learners.

You will bring

- A proven track record of leadership in a school setting, ideally at senior level
- Experience developing, implementing and reviewing curriculum and leading pedagogy
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple year levels
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Sound judgement, integrity and the ability to lead and manage change effectively
- A genuine commitment to contributing to the Christian life of a school in the Anglican tradition
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to aspire and bring people with you.
