New Fortune Australia Investment is a property development company involved in residential, commercial and land development projects across Australia.

We are currently seeking a motivated and capable Development Assistant to join our project team in Brisbane.

This role will work closely with our Project Managers and provide day-to-day support across land acquisition, subdivision and property development projects. Previous development experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, familiarity with Australian workplace culture and business environments, a genuine interest in property development, and a strong ability and willingness to learn.

Candidates with relevant experience in property development, construction, town planning, engineering, real estate or project coordination will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of land acquisition, subdivision and development projects

- Assist in tracking project progress, key milestones, approvals and outstanding matters

- Liaise with councils, authorities, consultants, contractors and other external parties

- Coordinate and follow up with town planners, engineers, surveyors and other project consultants

- Assist with project documentation, correspondence, reports and record keeping

- Conduct property,



market and project-related research as required

- Follow up on project matters and assist in keeping projects progressing as scheduled

- Assist the project team with other tasks as required

About You

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Fluent Mandarin speaking skills

- Confident and qualified communication skills

- Familiarity with Australian workplace culture and business environments

- Genuine interest in property development and the land subdivision industry

- Strong willingness to learn and the ability to pick up new knowledge quickly

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a skilled environment

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred

Experience

Previous property development experience is not required.

We welcome candidates who may be new to the development industry but can demonstrate strong communication skills, learning ability, initiative and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in property development.

Candidates with relevant property development or project-related experience will be highly regarded.
