Overview

We're looking for an ambitious Software Developer to join our close-knit engineering team and help shape the future of our products. Based in Brisbane, you'll be working across a varied technology stack with modern, bespoke and legacy platforms, collaborating with experienced developers, and contributing to solutions that are used every day. Our architecture is API‑first, with an increasing focus on TypeScript APIs on Node.js, alongside existing C# .NET services, all deployed to AWS via automated CI/CD pipelines.

You'll have the chance to contribute across the full development lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment and ongoing support. The work you’ll do

- Build and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Develop APIs and services using TypeScript, Node.js and C# .NET
- Create efficient and scalable database solutions using SQL
- Support and improve our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Work with cloud-hosted applications in AWS
- Collaborate closely with teammates to design, estimate and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and help continuously improve our products and systems

What we're looking for We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who enjoys learning, is passionate about building quality software, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You'll likely bring





- Around 3 years of software development experience
- Strong skills in React and TypeScript
- Experience building APIs with C# .NET and/or TypeScript
- Solid SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with AWS environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to delivery
- A genuine team-first attitude and desire to continuously improve

Bonus points if you have

- Exposure to Kubernetes or containerised environments
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and scalable application design
