About The Role

We're looking for development economists to help shape how AI understands global economic issues. Your expertise will directly influence the accuracy, depth, and nuance of AI systems trained on development and global economics content — work that matters at a global scale.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated development economics content for accuracy and contextual quality
- Assess economic reasoning related to growth, inequality, poverty, and global development
- Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in AI-generated explanations and scenarios
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the depth and reliability of AI outputs
- Apply real-world, field, or academic experience to validate complex economic scenarios
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

- 3+ years of experience teaching, researching,



or practicing development economics
- Strong command of global economic issues, data interpretation, and development theory
- Ability to critically evaluate written economic reasoning with clarity and precision
- Comfortable working through structured review tasks with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable in an asynchronous remote setting

Nice to Have

- Graduate degree in Economics or a related field
- Experience in field research, NGO work, or international economic policy
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
