About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

VCAT The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including residential tenancies, planning and environment disputes, consumer and building matters, guardianship and administration, professional regulation and human rights. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
About The Role The Digital Experience and Content Strategy Lead is responsible for enhancing VCAT's digital channels, including its websites and intranet, to deliver accessible, user-centred and effective online experiences. The role drives VCAT's digital strategy, leads continuous improvement initiatives,
and works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital content and services meet organisational and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance VCAT's digital channels and online presence
- Develop and implement digital strategy, governance and roadmap initiatives
- Ensure digital content is accurate, accessible, user-focused and compliant
- Provide expert advice on digital content, accessibility and user experience
- Translate complex information into clear and engaging digital content
- Manage digital resources, forms and multimedia content projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical partners to deliver integrated digital communications
This is a fixed term opportunity
About You We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused digital qualified with:
- Experience developing and delivering digital strategies, roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
- Strong digital content and editorial skills, with the ability to create clear, accessible and user-centred content.
- Experience managing websites and publishing content through Drupal or a similar CMS.
- Sound knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO, analytics and user-centred design principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- Proven project management capability and experience delivering digital solutions and improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
- A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality digital experiences.
