Configure and optimise customer engagement systems, deliver insights, and enhance digital communications and student experiences across CDU.

About the Position

As the Digital Engagement Systems Analyst, you will configure, optimise and support CDU’s customer relationship management and marketing automation systems to deliver reliable and effective solutions. You will maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, deliver data-driven insights, and work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose system solutions that improve customer and user experiences across the student lifecycle.

About You To be successful, you will require:

- Degree-level qualifications in Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation or a related discipline, and relevant experience with customer experience and marketing systems, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and optimising customer experience or marketing technology platforms using out-of-the-box functionality.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, data management, workflow automation and reporting.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply technical documentation to deliver best-practice solutions that meet business requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving ICT application issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud or similar customer experience platforms.
- Understanding of the Australian tertiary education sector and contemporary student engagement challenges.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Commitment to the University’s values.

Additional duties at level 7

- Programming skills and experience in contemporary application development using popular programming languages.
- Proven experience managing system roadmaps, releases and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience leading stakeholder consultation processes to inform prioritisation, scalability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Appointment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory National Criminal History check and a valid NT Working with Children clearance

Remuneration





Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 6/7. The base salary will be in the range of $89,487 - $105,992 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $104,699 - $124,010 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
