For our Room Leader position, we are looking for an experienced and motivated educator who is passionate about leading a small group of children, creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting their team.

Role & Responsibilities

- Create stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
- Build warm, respectful and secure relationships with children.
- Communicate positively with children, families and fellow educators.
- Observe, document and evaluate children’s learning and development.
- Support children throughout their daily routines and transitions.
- Respond to children’s individual emotional and developmental needs.
- Maintain active supervision and a safe environment.
- Work collaboratively as a positive and supportive team member.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check.




- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Current Child Protection training.
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
