SNSW Clerk Grade 2/3 - starting annual salary $64,375 plus superannuation and leave loading
Employment Type: Ongoing Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week, with opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week).
Flexibility is essential, as this role operates across a six-day roster, including every second Saturday. Minimum shift duration is 4 hours.

You'll spend your day working directly with customers, providing face-to-face support, resolving enquiries, and helping people navigate important services. As one of our busiest service centres, you'll support a diverse range of customers, making every day varied, fast-paced and rewarding.

As one of the first people customers meet when they visit our Service Centre, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience.
Through face-to-face interactions, you'll help customers access important services, provide guidance, resolve enquiries and support them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Working closely with your team, you'll contribute to a welcoming environment where customers feel valued, understood and supported.

Operating hours
In our Service Centres hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here. Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre’s operational hours which may include Saturdays.
The Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours.
Part-time – minimum 20 hours per week - (Monday to Friday)
Full-time – 70 hours per fortnight
Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.
