About the role

We are seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified room leader to lead our Toddler room (2–3 years). You will plan and deliver educational programs aligned with the NQF and EYLF, create an enriching, stimulating setting that supports individual child development, and lead and support one educator in the toddler room to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and deliver educational programs aligned with the NQF and EYLF

- Produce high-quality written documentation including observations, planning, and daily programming
- Lead and support one educator in the toddler room to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and the team
- Ensure compliance with duty of care, ratios, and safety standards

About you

- ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education (essential)
- At least one year professional experience to lead the room
- Current Working with Children Check, Child Safety Training, and Child Protection Certificate




- Current First Aid and CPR certificates; Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification desirable
- Thorough understanding of EYLF, NQS, and NSW early childhood education law and regulations
- Strong commitment to child protection and child safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Legal ability to live and work in Australia
