About the role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll do more than assist with daily tasks — you'll play a vital role in helping people live their best lives. From supporting community access to fostering meaningful connections, your work will make a lasting impact on people's physical and mental wellbeing.

The position works with people across multiple locations in Western Sydney and offers a range of shift opportunities on a versatile roster. Shifts are available throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, with times and durations varying to meet people's needs and service delivery requirements.
What we're looking for
We're seeking experienced, passionate support workers who are:
- Able to work shifts and provide support services across Western Sydney
- Compassionate and caring, with a genuine commitment to person-centered care
- Flexible and adaptable, able to think on their feet
- Skilled in one-on-one support in the home and community settings
- Confident in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours
- Experienced with a minimum of 3+ years in disability support work
Essential requirements
- Capacity to provide services and attend shifts across Western Sydney
- Available to work short morning or evening shifts which are 3 hours or less
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check that is valid at the time of application
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
- Unrestricted NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability for at least 3 days per week, with potential for more hours
- Commitment to continuity and consistency with one employer
- Valid Australian work visa or appropriate work authorisation
