Role Description The Director of Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Truganina, VIC, responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions to drive revenue growth and market presence. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives aligned with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting performance targets, monitoring sales operations, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and client experience.

The Director collaborates with leadership to identify new market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships,



and enhance brand positioning through data-driven decision-making. The role also involves regular reporting, budget management, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Business Development skills to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.

- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities focused on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

- Proven Team Management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

- Experience in real estate or property-related industries is highly advantageous.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute integrated sales and marketing initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
