About the Role

We are looking for a Therapy Assistant – Adolescent and Adult Therapy to support Occupational Therapists and potentially Speech Pathologists and Psychologists in delivering high-quality therapy and client services. You will play a vital role in clinical and operational support, therapy program implementation, and client enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clinical and admin operations, including appointment bookings and practice hub coordination.
- Collaborate with clinicians to co-design and implement therapy plans tailored to client goals.
- Assist in drafting reports and preparing therapy resources.
- Deliver therapy sessions as prescribed by clinicians.
- Support allied health professionals in conducting assessments for new clients.
- Prepare visual schedules, communication boards, and therapy tools.
- Conduct research to support therapy plans, including NDIS frameworks and clinical innovations.

What We’re Looking For





- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance with 2+ years of experience (or a 4th-year Occupational Therapy Student, with previous Therapy Assistant experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growing team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic interventions in OT and Speech Therapy.
- Readiness to learn and work with digital productivity tools.
