Female Support Worker – You & Me Disability Pty Ltd – Clyde North & Surrounds

You & Me Disability is looking for a compassionate, reliable and professional Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and available for:

- Before School Shifts
- After school shifts 2.30pm-9.30pm (7 hours)
- Weekend shifts (Flexible)

About the Role You will be supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals while promoting independence, dignity and choice. Duties may include:

- Personal care
- Community access
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting participants with behaviour support plans
- Experience with behaviours a must
- Accurate progress notes and communication

Essential Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check




- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for sleepovers, weekdays and weekends

Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs or behaviours of concern
