Nurindah Disability Services is seeking a mature and experienced male support worker to join our team in supporting a client located in South East Melbourne. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
Selection Criteria: Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- A mature and well‑grounded personality between age 35 - 45 years old, preferably with experience raising or caring for children
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A firm yet nurturing approach to support
- Confidence to take on an authoritative role when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of reliability and professionalism
- Proven experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or behaviours of concern (BOC)
