About the Role

Looking for a career where your passion meets purpose? Passion Flower Care is growing, and we're on the lookout for dedicated, compassionate male Support Workers to join our casual team on the Central Coast.

(Note: this role has a genuine occupational requirement for a male worker, as some of our participants require support with personal care from a male carer for reasons of comfort, dignity, and choice.)

We're after professional, open-minded people who take genuine pride in their work — comfortable working independently, and always respectful of the individual needs of the NDIS participants we support, whether that's in their own home or one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties.

What You'll Be Doing

- Personal Care – Supporting participants with daily living activities, hygiene, and grooming
- Community Engagement – Helping participants get out, connect with their community, and work toward their personal goals
- Independence & Safety – Working autonomously to create a safe,



supportive workplace
- Documentation – Keeping accurate, timely progress notes

What You'll Need
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Prior experience in disability or aged care — essential
- A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Australian driver's licence
