We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and professional Disability Support Worker to join our casual team to provide individual person-centred support, including assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and community access.

As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist with:

- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming
- Household tasks: domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry, and meal prep
- Transport - transport to appointments, shopping and community access
- Manual handling

Applicants will require:

- Right to work in Australia
- Relevant industry experience
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue card
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Certificates or experience would be favourable
- Valid Driver's License
