We pay base remuneration that is competitive with mid and top tier firms plus a monthly cash bonus linked to performance on key client-centric objectives (i.e., we do not have billing targets). Each lawyer also receives the benefit of an in-person monthly review process, which facilitates contemporaneous feedback and accelerates learning, development and advancement.

The role

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing disputes team in our Brisbane office who has a desire to learn and grow within a agile and agile service offering. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex disputes, including corporate,



commercial property, intellectual property, competition law and consumer law disputes. Our clients include leading private equity firms, corporates, SMEs and founders.

You would be supported by and expected to help mentor an excellent team of junior lawyers, graduates and clerks. You will work closely with the Disputes Team leader Giuseppe Russo who has extensive top tier law firm experience. Leading by example and team focus are key pillars of our firm's ethos, and candidates can expect to work in a highly collaborative environment.
