We are looking for a Domestic to join the team at Goonoo. Goonoo Feedlot & Station is situated in the Central Highlands of Queensland, 65km southeast of Emerald, and is a specialised Wagyu feedlot & backgrounding operation, feeding 45,000 head of Wagyu cattle for both international and domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of accommodation, guest facilities, recreation areas, and surrounding grounds.
- Service guest accommodation, including linen changes and general housekeeping.
- Clean and maintain air conditioning units and communal facilities.
- Complete general cleaning tasks,



including vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal, and cleaning furnishings and appliances.
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Support kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene standards.
- Unpack, store, and manage food and grocery supplies.
- Prepare basic meals for staff and guests when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping, hospitality, or support role.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS/OH&S;) practices in an operational environment.
- Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage daily and weekly workloads.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Basic maintenance, gardening, and problem-solving capability.
