RSL LifeCare Newcastle is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our café at the Retirement Village. This 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract offers a vibrant community where hospitality and customer experience are at the heart of what we do.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a small café team, deliver outstanding service, drive sales, manage stock and food safety, coordinate village events, and support local marketing.
