WHO WE ARE For over 25 years, Four Seasons Commercial Interiors (FSCI) has delivered high quality retail, hospitality, workplace and commercial interior projects across Melbourne.

Our integrated business brings design, joinery manufacturing, project management and installation together under one roof, allowing us to maintain greater control over quality, coordination and project outcomes.

We are a close knit team of around 45 people, supported by clear systems, well defined processes and strong leadership.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Driver / Labourer to support our manufacturing and project delivery operations. This is not a simple point to point driving role. You will transport, load and unload joinery, materials and construction items between our factory, suppliers and project sites across Melbourne, while also providing practical support to our warehouse and production teams when required.

You will be an important part of the team ensuring materials and completed joinery arrive safely, on time and in the correct sequence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Driving FSCI vehicles under 4.5t GVM across Melbourne.

· Loading, securing, transporting and unloading joinery, materials and equipment.

· Safely handling cabinetry, joinery and construction materials.

· Completing scheduled pickups and deliveries to suppliers and project sites.

· Conducting vehicle pre-trip and post-trip checks and reporting defects.

· Completing delivery dockets and site documentation accurately.

· Communicating delivery progress, delays or access issues with supervisors and project teams.

· Maintaining the vehicle in a clean, secure and roadworthy condition.





· Supporting warehouse and production activities when not driving.

· Following FSCI safety, PPE and site requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and hands-on, with a strong work ethic and a professional approach. You will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a driving, delivery, transport or similar role.
- A current Class C Driver Licence.
- A White Card.
- A Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain one if required.
- A safe driving history.
- The physical capability to regularly load and unload materials, including lifting and carrying items up to 25kg.
- Positive time management and the ability to meet delivery schedules.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with sites, suppliers and FSCI staff.
- The ability to work independently while following established processes and instructions.
- A willingness to assist the wider warehouse and production team when required.

Experience in construction, shopfitting, joinery, manufacturing or logistics will be highly regarded.
