The Park Hotel Ballarat are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working professional to lead our team.
The role includes;
Managing shifts
Supervision of staff
Monitoring the venue
Handling customer complaints/feedback
Providing the ultimate customer experience
Training and upskilling of staff
Opening and closing the venue independently
Balancing of cash drawers and TAB
Reports/Invoicing
Adjusting rosters The ideal candidate would ideally have;
RSA
TAB accreditation
Experience managing a team of staff
Restaurant experience
This is a casual role with full or part time employment accessible in future
Working hours are Thursday- Sunday (Mornings, Afternoons or Nights)
with flexibility
