About You
We’re looking for experienced counsellors who want to add flexible work to their schedules. If you have experience in EAP or private practice, this is a excellent opportunity.
- Engage with us on a contract basis. You remain an independent practitioner, not an employee.
- Set your own hours and work from home.
- Minimal admin effort required – suitable bookings are provided to you.
- Offer phone or video sessions to clients across Australia.
- Work anytime that suits you - however, evenings and weekends are preferred.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Counselling
- At least 3 years of experience working with clients
Registration with a professional body, such as:
- PACFA Clinical Registration
- ACA Level 2 or higher
Preferred
Most of the people we support are working full time, so weekday evening and weekend availability is highly valued. If you can offer sessions outside standard business hours, we'd love to hear from you.
