We are seeking confident, caring educators to become part of our team and to:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on children’s work, interactions, attendance, and incidents.
- Assisting with the preparation of written communication including necessary documents related to children’s activities and events.
- Maintaining and organizing confidential files, including attendance records, incident logs, and safety documents for both internal use and external activities.
- Ensure all areas are well prepared with the necessary equipment making sure a clean and secure environment is maintained for both staff and children
- Handling parental inquiries, highlighting urgent matters to the Centre Manager or other relevant staff
- Assisting in the organization of excursions and events, including coordinating logistics, processing parental consent forms, and ensuring all necessary permissions, and safety protocols are followed.
- Attending relevant meetings with the Art Studio Coordinator, and educators, ensuring action items are followed up.
- Ensure that the Centre’s policies and procedures are adhered to
The successful applicant will:
- have or be actively working towards a Certificate III in ECEC, Diploma of Children’s Services or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
- have a current working with children card
- be well presented
- be willing to learn
- be able to work as part of a team
- Valid Australian working rights
Wages and bonuses are linked to qualifications and performance.
Applicant must be able to work 30-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm.
