We're expanding across the Moreton Bay region and are looking for Early Childhood Teachers to join our centres at Morayfield, Burpengary and Caboolture. ? About the Role — Early Childhood Teacher As an Early Childhood Teacher at Curiosity Tree, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners, ensuring their development and wellbeing in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

? What You'll Be Doing

- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programmes for children aged 3.5–5 years
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and the wider community




- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Physically fit for the demands of the role, including being outdoors in the heat, standing for long periods, safely bending, lifting and carrying children and their equipment/toys, and responding quickly in an emergency

? About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate, reliable and loves working as part of a team
- Warm and caring with a genuine love of children and their development
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Skilled at building respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Excited to bring their energy and enthusiasm every day

? What You Bring

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience as ECT (preferable)
- Good understanding of the National Quality Framework and Regulations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A team-first mindset and a passion for building a positive culture
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to update)
