Early Childhood Teacher Wholechild Early Learning – Armidale NSW Full-Time | 38 hours per week |

Wholechild Early Learning Armidale is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team.

About the Position As an Early Childhood Teacher at Wholechild, you will play an important role in providing high-quality education and care and developing an engaging, play-based learning program.

Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Planning experiences that support children's individual interests, strengths, development and learning. Observing and documenting children's learning and using observations to inform curriculum planning.

Providing intentional teaching and responsive interactions that extend children's learning. Building secure, respectful and meaningful relationships with children. Supporting children's social and emotional wellbeing.





Creating inclusive environments where every child can participate and belong. Working collaboratively with educators and the leadership team. Building positive relationships with families and communicating about children's learning and development.

Maintaining high standards of documentation and educational practice. Contributing to continuous improvement and the service Quality Improvement Plan. Ensuring practices align with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant legislation and regulations.

Promoting a strong culture of child safety, inclusion and wellbeing.

About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and genuinely enjoys making a difference in children's lives.

You will have: An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification. Current teacher registration/accreditation requirements applicable to the position.

Experience working in an early childhood education and care environment. Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards. A sound understanding of child development and play-based learning.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a skilled team. Strong organisational and planning skills.
