Electrical Project Manager - Melbourne

Keece is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Victorian team. Experience delivering commercial office fitouts is our priority, with broader commercial construction experience also highly regarded.

You’ll take projects from planning through to handover, build strong client relationships and work closely with our site teams to deliver work you can be proud of.

About the role:

You’ll manage the electrical delivery of commercial office fitouts and construction projects, working closely with builders, consultants, clients, suppliers and our site teams.

Your responsibilities will include

- Planning projects from award, including scope reviews, procurement, programming and labour requirements.
- Working with site supervisors to set clear priorities and keep delivery on track.
- Managing budgets, cost tracking, variations, progress claims and forecasting.
- Coordinating with builders and other trades, identifying issues early and following through on solutions.
- Maintaining strong safety, quality and documentation standards.
- Completing commissioning, handover, defects and commercial close-out.
- Contributing to the wider PM team and supporting shared business priorities.

About you: You’re an experienced electrical PM who understands the pace and coordination required to deliver larger office fitouts. You’re organised, commercially aware and comfortable building relationships with both clients and site teams.

We’re looking for

- Proven experience managing larger commercial office fitout electrical packages from start to finish. Broader commercial construction experience highly regarded.
- The ability to manage project finances, programmes and competing priorities.
- Transparent communication and a practical approach to solving problems.
- A collaborative leadership style that supports people and sets explicit expectations.
- Willingness to share your experience, listen to feedback and keep developing.
- An electrical licence, White Card and current Australian driver’s licence.
