We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician for an opportunity based in Newman, Western Australia, commencing 23 September.

Offering an excellent rate of $84.35 per hour and an 8:6 or 7:7 roster, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking for consistent work in the WA mining industry.

About the Role

Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding to ensure plant, equipment and electrical systems remain safe and operational.

Duties may include

- Preventative and breakdown electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Electrical repairs and installations
- Inspections, testing and troubleshooting
- Maintenance of electrical equipment and infrastructure




- Completing relevant maintenance documentation
- Working in accordance with site safety procedures and electrical standards

What We're Looking For To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Current WA Electrical Licence
- Australian-recognised electrical trade qualification
- Previous mining, industrial or site-based experience
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Solid commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Ability to work effectively within a site-based team
