The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Electricians + Service and Maintenance Electricians to take ownership of site delivery—someone who can lead from the front, plan ahead, and drive productivity while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and team performance.





With a diverse range of projects up to $2 million, we offer opportunities suited to your current experience—and if you’re aiming higher, we’ll support your growth and development to help you get there.

Ideally, you bring:

- Experience working on sites with strict Health, Safety, & Setting requirements and thorough documentation.
- Experience leading teams on commercial construction projects.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and think ahead.
- Confidence communicating with builders, PMs, Site Contacts and teams.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and high workmanship standards.
- A mindset of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality electrical solutions, including installations, upgrades, and fault resolution.
- Review drawings and translate plans into practical site execution.
- Plan upcoming work to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment ahead of time.
- Liaise with builders, subcontractors, and attend site meetings.
- Effectively manage labour and materials on site, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with project budgets.
- Lead and support the site team by setting clear expectations, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Coach and mentor apprentices to build their skills, ensuring appropriate supervision and ongoing development.
- Work closely with Project Managers, builders,



and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment by proactively managing risks and ensuring all work meets required standards.

What You Will Need

- Current unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Construction Induction White Card
- Current CPR / LVR certification
- Manual Driver Licence
- Current Police Check (within the last 12 months) or the ability to obtain one.
- Working at Heights (highly regarded)
