About the Role Our company values quality workmanship, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to our core values. We have Electrician positions available in our commercial teams and residential teams. You will work across a wide range of projects, not limited to but including;

- High Rise Multi Res Apartments
- High end residential new builds ($2.5 to $15 mill+ builds)

- Large Industrial Fan Installations

You will be required to work in a team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality installations in line with ECQ & national standards
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Managing your time and tasks to keep projects on schedule
- Working closely with project managers, clients, and other trades
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Representing the business professionally on-site

What we expect:

- Qualifications: Electrical license, current drivers licence, white card, and own tools (Additional licenses will be highly regarded)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years post trade experience (Experience in commercial or high-end residential builds is highly regarded)
- Professionalism: A strong commitment to high standards of workmanship and client service.
- Leadership & Initiative: Able to work independently, manage your own projects, and mentor apprentices.
