Full-time | Office Based | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Solid Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience End-to-end bookkeeping experience Full-time | Office Based | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Chance Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a role where you can broaden your experience?In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping function across a diverse group of established businesses spanning automotive, importing and manufacturing.Rather than being tied to one repetitive set of accounts, you'll gain exposure to different businesses, people and processes — giving you the opportunity to use your experience across a broader environment and continue building your skill set.You'll work closely with management and the external accountant, with the variety of the role giving you the chance to apply your existing skills in different environments and continue building your experience.About the Role Full-time | Office Based | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping function across the business group Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Complete bank and credit card reconciliations Process EFT, credit card, cash and cheque payments Respond to account and payment enquiries Manage payroll tax and superannuation requirements Prepare and coordinate BAS requirements Prepare reports for the external accountant Maintain accurate bookkeeping records across the businesses Work with cloud-based accounting systems Support the transition of one business to Peach software Work closely with management to keep financial processes running smoothly Follow up information when required and keep tasks moving With occasional travel between business locations during the transition period About You To be successful you'll have:End-to-end bookkeeping experience Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Excellent bank and credit card reconciliation skills Experience with BAS, superannuation and payroll tax Confidence working independently and taking ownership Experience working across multiple businesses, entities or accounts Solid organisation and time management skills A proactive approach and excellent follow-up skills The ability to prioritise your workload and keep things moving Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with cloud-based accounting systems A friendly, approachable personality and a good sense of humour Someone who enjoys variety and isn't fazed when every day looks a little different Why Join?
