About the role

We are seeking an Energetic Food & Beverage Staff member to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands on position perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team in one of Sydney's most desirable locations.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including restocking supplies and managing glassware
- Taking orders from guests promptly and accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, beverages and food pairings
- Processing payments and managing the till with accuracy and attention to detail
- Adhering to responsible service of alcohol practices and all licensing requirements
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and health and safety compliance




- Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for hospitality and a natural enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a bar, café or hospitality establishment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of popular beverages, cocktails and basic drink preparation techniques
- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality standards

- Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
- Current RSA & RCG
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude, energy and willingness to go the extra mile for our guests
