Cassia Freo is a vibrant, fast growing Up-to-date Australian restaurant in the heart of Fremantle. Known for great food, quality drinks, and memorable guest experiences, we're looking for a passionate Venue Manager to help lead and grow our front of house operations.

About the Role
n
This is a hands on leadership role combining venue support and daily operational oversight. Working closely with the Director of Food and Beverages, you'll help oversee daily operations while managing a multitude of tasks, including team training and elevating the overall guest experience.
n
It's ideal for someone ready to step up and who enjoys both people leadership and the fast-paced logistics of floor service.

Key Responsibilities
n
Manage the daily venue operations and administrative tasks.
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences across both busy lunch and dinner services.
n
Staff rostering, training, and ongoing performance management.
n
Work hand in hand with the Bar Manager to consistently deliver the unique Cassia experience.
n
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
n
Manage venue opening and closing procedures with a strong attention to detail.
n
Handle customer feedback professionally and confidently on the floor.
n
About You
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy bar or restaurant environment.
n
Strong bar and beverage knowledge coupled with proven leadership capabilities.
n
A positive, energetic, and team first attitude.
n
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
n
A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and the guest experience.
n
Flexibility to work a standard hospitality roster, including evenings and weekend shifts.
n
Requirements
n
Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) capability.
n
Approved Manager Certificate (or currently tracking to obtain one).
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
n
