About the role
n
This Executive Assistant role provides high-level administrative and day-to-day support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and support for senior leaders.
n
You'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track, managing confidential information with discretion, and ensuring deadlines, meetings and commitments are well coordinated. This is a rapid-paced role that requires strong judgement, professionalism and the ability to work autonomously while building trusted relationships across the business.

In this role, you will:

- Provide proactive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and daily scheduling
n
- Manage emails, correspondence,
reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
n
- Keep leaders on track by monitoring deadlines, preparing documentation and ensuring key tasks are actioned in a timely way
n
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, business functions, conferences and stakeholder engagements
n
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating matters appropriately and exercising sound judgement when required
n
- Support expense processing, leave administration and other general office duties
n
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure information is kept up to date and accessible
