Senior Salesforce Developers (Contractors) are required for an immediate start to join a major Salesforce Flow Migration project team. This is a full-time contract role offering a daily rate of $970 per day, running until the end of December 2026 with the potential for extension.

The position operates under a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.

The Role

n

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will focus on high-volume automation technology within a dedicated project team. You will report directly to the Salesforce Development Team Lead while collaborating closely with the Program Manager to deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop, configure, and test Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Salesforce automation technology and Flow migrations.
n
- Deliver high-quality code and development services that strictly align with established technical standards and architectural directions.
n
- Manage automated deployments and version control within a structured pipeline.
n




- Navigate system interdependencies to anticipate and mitigate technical problems in a dynamic environment with conflicting user needs.
n
- Provide concise technical advice to team leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless data management and external integrations.

Key Requirements

n

n
- Salesforce Automation Expertise: Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and migrating Process Builders/Workflows to Salesforce Flows.
n
- Data & Integration Skills: Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships) alongside proven experience developing Salesforce APIs and web services for external integrations.
n
- CI/CD Tools: Proficient in managing deployments using tools like Azure DevOps or Gearset.
n
- Quality Focus: Proven track record of ensuring code quality through comprehensive unit testing.
n
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is highly desirable, or equivalent deep professional experience acting as a platform SME.

- Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
