The Role

n

As a Centre Manager, you'll lead a thriving early learning community, supporting your team, building strong relationships with families and creating an environment where children feel secure, supported and inspired to learn.

n

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre while providing strong leadership across educational outcomes, compliance, team development and family engagement.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of educators and leaders
n
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
n
- Overseeing centre operations, compliance and educational outcomes
n




- Managing enrolments, budgets and day-to-day centre performance
n
- Ensuring the centre meets or exceeds the National Quality Standards
n
- Working collaboratively with Quality, Education, Marketing and Operations teams
n
- Championing child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices
n
- Building a positive and supportive team culture
n

n

Role Requirements

n

n
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Proven experience in early learning centre operations and/or leadership
n
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills
n
- A genuine passion for early learning, child safety and achieving positive outcomes for children
n
