About The Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join us delivering high-quality, patient-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Build and strengthen your clinical skills, while working in a dynamic rural setting where you never know what will walk through the door. Supporting every stage in life, you’ll assess patient needs, implement care plans, and partner with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care.

About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
- Critical Thinking: Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.
