What we're looking for You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C.
- Aged Care / Community experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- A passion for client-centred care.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
- A valid full Australian driver's licence.

- Educate and empower clients and carers to make informed decisions.
- Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care.
