Enterprise Business Development Manager | Networking & Security

$140-150k Base | $280-300k OTE

Sydney A global technology services business helping enterprise organisations navigate and execute complex digital transformation initiatives. The business specialises across modern networking, cyber security, cloud and data centre infrastructure, collaboration and customer engagement, combining deep technical expertise with managed services and ongoing support. With a strong presence across Australia, the UK and the US, it partners with leading technology vendors to design, deploy and manage critical technology environments for organisations operating at scale.

What you'll do:

- Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from account planning and chance discovery to negotiation and close
- Identify and land net-new enterprise clients where our networking/security solutions drive real business outcomes
- Build senior relationships with clients, technology vendors, and partners
- Generate qualified pipeline through marketing, partner, and personal networks




- Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to shape client solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and commercial ownership of your deals

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years' success in enterprise new-business sales within tech services, networking, or cyber security
- Proven experience selling major networking/security vendor solutions into enterprise accounts
- Background with a technology partner, systems integrator, or MSP strongly preferred
- Track record of hitting or exceeding new-business targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales
- Strong grasp of enterprise networking, security, and managed services
