Entry-Level Rostering & Workforce Coordinator
Part-Time | On-Site
Make a difference while building your career in Aged Care & NDIS
Are you a positive, organised person who enjoys working with people, solving problems and being part of a excellent team?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Rostering & Workforce Coordinator to join our close-knit team on a part-time, on-site basis.
We’re a small, down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy working together, supporting one another and sharing a common purpose — helping vulnerable people in our community live safely and independently in their own homes.
If you’re looking to start or grow your career in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors, this could be the perfect opportunity to learn, grow and make a real difference along the way.
About the Role
You’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep things running smoothly while supporting both our clients and care team.
No two days will be exactly the same! You’ll be involved in coordinating rosters, communicating with our team, helping solve problems and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include
- Rostering Support: Assist with creating, coordinating and maintaining staff rosters to meet client needs across our Aged Care and NDIS services.
- Issue Resolution: Be a friendly and professional point of contact for staff and client queries, helping to find solutions and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with our team to ensure shifts are appropriately covered and client needs are met.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, update systems and assist with general administration and coordination tasks.
- Communication:
Keep clients, support workers and the wider team informed, ensuring information is communicated clearly and accurately.
You’ll receive training and support from an experienced team, so you don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, asks questions and is ready to get involved.
Hours & Availability
This is a part-time, in office role, with regular hours Tuesday to Friday, approximately 10:00am to 4:30pm.
As we’re a small team, there may also be opportunities for additional hours during staff leave or particularly busy periods. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and is happy to pitch in when an extra hand is needed.
What We Offer
- Part-Time Hours: Regular hours Tuesday to Friday in a supportive, on-site team environment.
- A Great Team Culture: We’re a small, friendly and down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy working together.
- Training & Development: Ongoing training and plenty of opportunities to learn and build your skills.
- Career Growth: Develop your experience in rostering, workforce coordination and the Aged Care and NDIS sectors.
- Meaningful Work: Go home knowing the work you’ve done has helped make someone’s day a little easier.
About You
You don’t need extensive experience to succeed in this role. Personality,
attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important to us as experience.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Bring a positive attitude and positive energy to the workplace.
- Are organised, reliable and eager to learn.
- Enjoy talking to people and building positive relationships.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Can juggle multiple tasks and stay calm when things get busy.
- Are confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Are proactive and naturally look for solutions.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and are happy to pitch in where needed.
- Have administration, customer service, rostering or scheduling experience (desirable, but not essential).
- Have experience in Aged Care, NDIS, disability services, healthcare or community services (desirable, but not essential).
Most importantly, you’ll need to be someone who cares about people, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something meaningful.
Why Join Us?
We’re more than just a workplace. We’re a small team that genuinely cares about our clients, our community and each other.
We work hard, support one another, have a laugh along the way and know that what we do each day has a real impact on people’s lives.
If you’re organised, people-focused, bring good energy to the workplace and are looking for an opportunity where you can learn, grow and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
