At Community Collective Australia, you’ll represent nationally recognised brands and not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face residential and B2B sales campaigns. No previous sales experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching and support from leaders who began in the same role.
What’s Included
- $32.50–$35.00 per hour + Super
- Weekly bonuses and uncapped commissions
- Realistic first-year OTE of $70K–$120K+
- Monday-to-Friday work, with optional Saturdays

Optional Travel Opportunities

Travel positions are limited and offered according to performance and business requirements. Applicants must be based in Melbourne or willing to relocate before joining. Prefer to stay local? You can build your career working across Melbourne.
